Tuberous sclerosis complex (TCS) is an autosomal dominant disease which comes under a group of diseases known as neurocutaneous syndrome. Incidence of TCS is around 1 in 6000. The clinical triad of papular facial nevus, seizures and mental retardation is found in less than 50% of the patients. Renal lesions in TCS commonly consist of simple renal cyst and angiomyolipomas. Renal cell carcinoma though rarely associated with tuberous sclerosis may be its significant manifestations. We report a case of TCS with bilateral renal cell carcinoma in a 12 year old child with classical radiological and clinical signs.

Primary vaginal stones in children are extremely rare medical condition but important because they are often mistaken for urinary stones. Here, we present the case of an 11-year-old girl with multiple vaginal stones.

The genital hair tourniquet syndrome in children is an uncommon condition. Herein, a case of 9- year - old girl with a clitoral hair tourniquet is described, and review of the literature of genital tourniquets is presented, with a discussion about potential etiology by current literature.

A 13-year-old female was admitted with abdominal pain and dysmenorrhea. Ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed OHVIRA syndrome (uterus didelphys, obstructed hemivagina, and ipsilateral renal agenesis). A left hysterectomy was performed. The patient recovered fully following treatment with vaginal septum resection and drainage of a hematometrocolpos.

The goal of surgical treatment of the varicocele is to occlude the refluxing venous drainage to the testis while maintaining normal testicular function. Many surgical techniques for treating varicoceles have been described. We aim to present an adolescent case with varicocele treated by simple laparoscopic ligation technique using intracorporeal knot-tying.
